NAMO POINTS AND VOUCHERS VALIDITY
Your points will expire at the end of the quarter next year from the time of purchase, based on Singapore standard time. For example, if you make a purchase between 1st January and 31st March 2024, your points will remain valid until 31st March 2025, Singapore standard time.
Redeemed vouchers will expire at the end of the next quarter from the time of redemption, following Singapore standard time. For example, if you redeem a voucher between 1st January and 31st March 2024, it will be valid until 30th June 2024, Singapore standard time.
A summary of your points and vouchers' validity will be sent to you via email at the end of each quarter, based on Singapore standard time.
For any completed NAMO CLUB ACTIVITIES, please allow up to 5 business days for your points to be credited. If you haven't received them by then, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@namoetal.com.
