What is your returns policy?
We have a 5 day return / exchange policy. 

How do I make an exchange or return?
Please ensure to contact us within 5 days (including public holidays and weekends) of receiving your parcel.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that item(s) sent back to us without prior authorisation for return or exchange will NOT be accepted.

The item(s) 
must be returned to us within 7 days (including public holidays and weekends) of receiving our response in order for it to be returned or exchanged.

Am I eligible for an exchange or return?

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you have received
  • with it's original packaging, has it's original tags attached

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges that are not in perfect condition, these includes:  

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items with fur/lint/dirt stuck on it
  • Items that have been washed
  • Items not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts
  • Items on sale / sales where discount codes are applied
  • Personalised items 
  • Any item that is returned past policy days

Who is responsible for the shipping costs?

Buyers are responsible for covering associated shipping costs. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost return shipments. Therefore, we highly recommend utilising trackable mail services.

When will I receive my refund?

We'll promptly inform you upon receipt and inspection of your return, providing updates on the approval status of your refund.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction. Do note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
